However, if you want to keep your pressure cooker performing optimally, there are one or two maintenance instructions to bear in mind. You should, for example, wash the inside of the cooker using warm, soapy water every time you use it.

Sometimes your pressure steamer's seal gets a hole in it or breaks. You should always replace it as soon as possible.
