Wherever updated versions of a particular model of appliance have been introduced by the manufacturer, we check that the ordered part is the right one to fit your model. If your appliance happens to fall into this category, you'll receive an email requesting more detailed information (serial number, dimensions, colour, etc.) once we've checked your order. These details will enable us to ensure you receive exactly the right part for your appliance.
2 – Genuine high-quality part
All the items we sell are brand new and made by the original manufacturers or their sub-contactors. This gives you the assurance of knowing that your appliance will continue to behave in the same way and offer the same level of performance as it was originally designed to.
3 – Instructions and reviews
We make all the instructions and reviews provided by your appliances' manufacturers available to you either on our website or on request. This makes it easier for you to identify the faulty part you're looking for and send us a request for a quote if you can't find it listed on our site.
4 – Always competitively priced
We always strive to ensure that our products are very competitively priced. We negotiate the best discounts with ou suppliers for you to make even greater savings.
5 – Products from stock
Most of our products are in stock and can be dispatched immediately. In the case of less common, more specialised products, we order the parts directly from our suppliers, thus ensuring you receive delivery within a reasonable amount of time. Due to the large volume of orders we place with manufacturers, we regularly receive new stock and can therefore deliver your items to you very quickly, even in the case of specially ordered products.
As soon as a product only available on order starts to become more frequently requested, we add it to our permanent stock range to ensure its immediate availability for our customers.

In addition to our customer service and our various troubleshooting guides and repair tutorials, we check you're satisfied with our services by sending out an individual survey for you to complete a few days after you make your purchase.
