Delivery Times

If the ordered spare part is marked "Available," delivery will be made within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that our logistics center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all French public holidays!

Shipping Methods

Your order will be shipped by a French Post branch within 2-3 business days, provided the ordered spare part is ‘available’ at the time of purchase. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. This code allows you to track your delivery on the website:

TRACK MY DELIVERY

If, at the time of delivery, the package has not been collected or if the packaging is too large to be left in the mailbox, you will still receive a delivery notice. You can then pick up your package the next day at your local post office. If you have not received your package 4 days after your order, we invite you to go directly to your post office with the tracking number and an ID document.
