Delivery method :
Your order will be shipped to you by the Post Office subsidiary within 24 working hours, provided that the ordered part is in stock. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number that you can view below:
If you are absent or your mailbox package is too large, you will find a notification in your mailbox to pick up your package at your usual post office. In exceptional cases, if you have not received your order within 4 days of shipment, we ask that you contact your post office without having to provide the notification : the package tracking number and your ID is all you need.
Free returns within 30 days:
At SOS Parts, returns are free of charge and are processed within 30 days. This means that if you are not satisfied with the product you have received, if it is not compatible with your device or if you no longer need it, you can return it to us at no extra cost, and very easily. We will then proceed, with an exchange or a refund depending on which you have selected.
To do this, after receiving your order, simply log into your customer area and go to the "My Orders" section and use the "Return Request" function in the order in question. Add details and comments and we will process your request to validate the return as soon as possible.
After your request has been accepted, we will send you two documents to print: a return form to insert in your package, as well as a prepaid shipping label. Your package needs to be sent to our adress:

As soon as your package returns to our warehouses, we check the product’s condition, which then allows us to confirm the refund or a new shipment depending on the option you selected.
Be careful to follow this procedure for every return, we do not refund expenses if you use a different carrier. Only the return label provided by our services is valid.
